Thomas Huynh

Lead Project Manager

Mr. Huynh has over 26 years of Project Management, Business Development, Project Development, Project Management, and Supervision experience. He is a graduate from the Univeristy of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma, USA. Mr. Huynh has been in the role of project management over the past 15 years. He began his career in 1992 as Maintenance Engineer with the oil refinery subsidiary of Coastal Corporation with extensive experience in oil and gas pipeline, pump and compressor, and storage facilities. His experiences included project management of pipeline remediation, relocation, lining,  as extensive 25,000 miles of pipeline transmission and distribution. During his career, he successfully managed oil and gas projects for all of the major production companies including, but not limited to, Bayers, OGE, KM, Valero, Coastal, PVC-MS (PetroVietnam), InterContinental, Mitsui, PetroCanada, BKEP, NG, Petronas, Saudi Aramco.

Darin Flint

Lead Business Development

Mr. Flint has been a business development and financial partner of Global Integrated Services since 2011. Mr. Flint has been working on world scale oil and gas proejcts since 1990s.  He received many recognitions and awards for the works and efforts that has contributed to domestic and international energy industry.

Ken Reynaud

Strategic Advisor

Mr. Reynaud has over 40 years of Executive Management, Business Development, Project Development, Project Management, and Supervision experience. He is a graduate from the COLLEGE OF SCIENCE at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Reynaud has been a Vice President with Plant Process Equipment, Inc. since 2005. He began his career in 1974 as District Engineer with the oil service subsidiary of Baker Hughes, Inc. with extensive experience in oil and gas well drilling and completions. His experiences included project management of onshore completions, well stimulation, and hydraulic fracturing as well as extensive offshore platform experience with large scale oil/gas well completions and stimulation. During his career, he successfully managed oil and gas well completions and stimulation projects for all of the major production companies including, but not limited to, Exxon, Shell, Marathon, Chevron, Texaco, Sunoco, CITGO, and Mobil.

Krisha Prasad (JP)

Senior Investment Advisor



Known as KP to his peers and friends, KP has more than 23 years of investment advisory with US Fortune 500 companies. His core strengths are in the real estate, mining and the oil and gas industry. Since 2009, KP has been the Investment Advisor with GIS Inc., KP’s current focus on creating joint venture partnership with major oil and gas companies in India and foreign energy companies. KP is also working on structured financing systems to enhance other the financial successes for GIS. KP obtained a business degree from Madras University, India. KP operates GIS business out of Bangalore, India.
